This company is based on this philosophy. To put it simply - I expect the best from myself and those I work with - nothing else will do. Obviously you cannot please all of the people all of the time. My goal is to please most of the people, all of the time! I believe I can obtain this lofty goal by listening, learning, doing and being true to myself and others!

| I am Franz Hoff, owner of DESIGNS bY DAD. I started this venture out of wanting to be a true hands on, in control, service provider. My main goal is to provide my clients with the best possible product at a great price and to have the time to take care of my son, Daylan.
My skills go back to 1994 when I started assisting the Vice President of Marketing of a Denver area company with ad and direct marketing pieces. This grew into learning computer based design applications and to my first "real" web site - the corporate site for the same Denver based company. I continued working on side projects and my own personal web sites through the years until finally, in 1998 I went full time in the digital imaging arena with web design being my primary function.
After 2 years I decided that it was time to take control of my own destiny (and take care of my son!) and start my own company - the result... DESIGNS bY DAD. The name says it all...
